E-PROCUREMENT PT ANGKASA PURA II (PERSERO)

PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) is one of the State-Owned Enterprises engaged in the business of airport services. PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) has managed 14 airports, including Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Jakarta), Halim Perdanakusuma (Jakarta), Kualanamu (Medan), Supadio (Pontianak), Minangkabau (Padang), Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II (Palembang ), Sultan Syarif Kasim II (Pekanbaru), Husein Sastranegara (Bandung), Sultan Iskandarmuda (Banda Aceh), Raja Haji Fisabilillah (Tanjungpinang), Sultan Thaha (Jambi), Depati Amir (Pangkal Pinang), Silangit (Tapanuli Utara), Banyuwangi (East Java).

PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) began implementing e-Procurement in 2014. The first implementation of e-Procurement used the Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) of LKPP (Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Agency). SPSE was developed based on Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2010, while PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) has its own Goods / Services Procurement Regulations so separate regulations are made that bridge the two regulations so that SPSE can be implemented. In December 2015 changes were made to the Procurement of Goods / Services Regulations of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and at the beginning of 2016 PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) used its own e-Procurement system. Currently in the PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) e-Procurement system several modules are available, including Vendor Management System (VMS), e-Tendering, and e-Catalog.
