Liputan6.com, Jakarta - The capsule hotel with the Digital Airport Hotel brand at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Soetta), which opened in August 2018, won the prestigious international award from Booking.com, the Guest Review Award 2018.
The Guest Review Award is the annual Booking.com award given to property providers for exceptional hospitality, as evidenced by the many positive reviews from guests after their stay.
James Waters, VP of Partner and Booking.com Customer Services, congratulated him on the award received by Digital Airport Hotel because he won the highest score of 8.5 in terms of customer reviews.
"Positive reviews are like thank-you cards that the whole world can see. In 2018, you impress the guests so they always say thank you and now a review of your property is one of the highest on Booking.com," he said by mail to Digital Airport Hotel, Sunday (02/24/2019).
Meanwhile, President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Muhammad Awaluddin said that the award from Booking.com is a world recognition of the facilities available at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
"We are proud of the achievement of the Digital Airport Hotel, where this capsule hotel complements other world-class services available at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. We also thank you to our guests for their positive review of the Digital Airport Hotel," he said.
Awaluddin also said that the existence of capsule hotels is one of the AP II strategies in following the growing trend in the world, with the dominance of the millennial generation of around 60 percent of total passengers.
"Capsule hotels are our efforts to present Millennial Air Travel Experience at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, as well as via Wi-Shock, which is high-speed WiFi, AirSport Arena which provides a playground, cinema, co-working space, and other facilities," he said.
