Soekarno-Hatta Airport Loyalty Program Prizes for High Sports Cars

Tangerang - Interested in the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Terminal 3 Airport Customer Reward loyalty program with the main prize of a Honda Civic Type R sport sedan car increasing ahead of the draw deadline planned for February 20, 2019.

The program applies to customers who take part in the lottery, with the provision that they shop at tenants or merchants in Terminal 3 for a minimum of Rp 100,000 in the period until January 31, 2019.

After shopping, customers must send transaction information through the Indonesia Airports App mobile application and enter proof of shopping to the drop box in the terminal. Then, customers will get lottery numbers through the application after verification by the committee.

Since it was held in August 2018, until January 22, 2019 the number of receipts declared valid for the Airport Customer Reward lottery reached 2,378 receipts. Meanwhile, as many as 521 receipts were declared invalid.

The Airport Customer Reward Program also encourages an increase in the number of users of the Indonesia Airports mobile application, where since the scrolling program this application can be downloaded around 2,500 times per week or 10,000 times every month.

As for the total, the Indonesia Airports mobile application has now been downloaded up to hundreds of thousands of times by Android and iOS users.

Indonesia Airports itself is a mobile application that provides new experiences to facilitate aircraft passengers when traveling throughout AP II airports.

Through the application, flight passengers can find out flight schedules, check-in, find information regarding tenants, restaurants, cafes, report lost luggage, and order seats in special theaters at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Muhammad Awaluddin said Terminal 3 Airport Customer Reward was essentially a corporate loyalty program to bring the company closer to customers.

However, this program also succeeded in stimulating the use of the Indonesia Airports App mobile application and increasing sales at tenants / merchants at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

"The Terminal 3 Airport Customer Reward program is running well, as seen from the increasing number of Indonesian Airports application users and high customer interest. We thank the customers who have participated in this loyalty program, "Muhammad Awaluddin explained.

"After this program, Angkasa Pura II will again hold other loyalty programs to further make Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and other airports under AP II closer to customers."

At Terminal 3 Airport Customer Reward, the main prize for lucky customers is a Honda Civic Type R car, then 2 units of Yamaha R-25 Movistar motorbikes and 20 gadgets.

In addition to the prize drawn, there is also a unit of Yamaha R-25 Movistar for top spender customers.

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is the busiest airport in Indonesia. In 2018, the number of passengers at this airport reached 65.66 million passengers, an increase of around 4% compared to 2017 at 63.01 million.
