The Director of the Airport Service and Facility, Ituk Herarindri, represented the corporation in receiving the award last night (25/9) at the Hotel Mulia, Senayan.
Angkasa Pura II was awarded The Digital Marketing Social Media Award in the Airport Category. On this occasion, the Director of the Airport Service and Facility, Ituk Herarindri, said that the award was a pride for companies in the field of social media services.
"This award shows that Angkasa Pura II has the ability to keep abreast of technological developments that at this time the speed of information is racing only in the grip. "Hopefully this award will be a trigger for companies to continue to improve their services in technology, especially social media," continued Ituk Herarindri after receiving this 2018 Social Media Award.
The Social Media Award is a routine event held annually by Marketing Magazine. This award is based on the study of social media with data provided by MediaWave, as a social media monitoring platform, then the data is further analyzed by Marketing Magazine to build a Media Share of Voice based on the Sentiment Index. In the end the winner is determined by a company that has an index value above 10%, and is in the top two categories. Angkasa Pura II itself received an index value of 117.1%, which won The Digital Marketing Social Media Award in the Airport Category.
