Celebrate Customer Day, Angkasa Pura II, Show Jember Fashion Carnaval at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport

Tangerang, September 2018 - National Customer Day which falls on September 4, 2018 this time is celebrated in a different way by Angkasa Pura II. As part of the National Customer Day and in order to welcome the return of athletes involved in the 2018 Asian Games, Angkasa Pura II features 10 talents from Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC).

The opening of the performance from Jember Fashion Carnaval was carried out by the Director of Airport Services & Facilities, Ituk Herarindri, along with the initiator and founder of Jember Fashion Carnival, Dynand Fariz.

Talent performances from Jember Fashion Carnaval were welcomed enthusiastically by the Asian Games contingent. The talent uses very unique costumes with inspiration from several countries involved in the 2018 Asian Games. From Indonesia, the costumes that symbolize Garuda and the Kujang heritage, others are costumes from Korea, China, Japan, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Babylon and Thailand.

The Director of Airport Services and Facilities, Ituk Herarindri, said "National Customer Day is a form of appreciation and gratitude to customers who are loyal to use Angkasa Pura II services at 15 airports in Indonesia. The performance of the Jember Fashion Carnaval will be held from 3-6 September 2018 which is located at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport covering the check-in area as well as domestic and international boarding lounges. "

During the period August to October 2018, to enliven the 2018 Asian Games and Asian Para Games, Angkasa Pura II prepared a number of activities for the Customer Happiness Program to improve service to airport passengers, namely; Mini Sport Games at the Sport Corner, namely mini sports facilities consisting of futsal, billiards, fussball, table tennis; Last Minute Souvenir - Giving souvenirs to Asian Games athletes when returning; The Airport Coloring Festival is a coloring competition in the Kids Corner area; Regional Cultural Arts Performances where there will be regional art performances such as dances from the Kamoro tribe of Papua; Exhibition of business products from Angkasa Pura II fostered partners; up to the 2018 Selfie Spot Asian Games where passengers can capture the Asian Games moments at the airport in 3D background.

Not only that, a number of other Customer Happiness activities such as Photo Booth 180 degree; Border-free Painting Exhibition; Talent performances from Jember Fashion Carnaval; Kamoro-Papua Tribe Culture Exhibition; Wonderful Indonesia Totem Photo Exhibition which is a collaboration between Angkasa Pura II and the Ministry of Tourism with Nusantara Tourism photo objects; The Rain Forest and Spot Artwork that depicts the map of the Indonesian archipelago namely Face of Indonesia has been prepared by Angkasa Pura II to enliven the 2018 Asian Games and Asian Para Games events. As a memento to athletes and contingents who want to return to their respective countries, provided souvenir winning coin whose packaging is displayed on a photo of a Wonderful Indonesia tourist destination.
