PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Wins Gold Winner in the 2018 Mental Revolution Award Event

JAKARTA, April 25, 2018 - PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) won two awards in the category of State Owned Enterprises (BUMM) in the 2018 Mental Revolution Award organized by BUMN Track magazine. The awards achieved by the company include:

1. Gold Winner "Indonesia Serves the Best"; and
2. Gold Winner "The Best Leader of the Best Mental Integrity Revolution".

The chairman of the jury, Mr. Sugiharto (Minister of State-Owned Enterprises 2004-2007) in his remarks stated that the transformation of services provided by SOEs was a tangible form of mental revolution in the public service sector. In the context of the BUMN and its subsidiaries, according to Sugiharto the transformation that took place in various companies was one of the motors of development in recent years.

PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) President Director Muhammad Awaluddin after receiving the award said, "This award reflects the efforts of our transformation process in AP II. This means that for us serving service users is a must, but integrity should not be ruled out because it will drive we are to do the best ".

"I want all AP II employees to be motivated, work with enthusiasm, and work better, which can be reflected in their attitude and mentality in providing good service to achieve the company's progress, whose benefits will certainly return to the employees later," Awaluddin explained.

This Mental Revolution Award was participated by 82 BUMNs and their subsidiaries. Of these, 52 of them qualified for the judging stage. In the end according to the jury's decision, only 20 BUMNs and subsidiaries were awarded.
