Angkasa Pura II aimed for Acceleration of Triple Double Digit Performance Growth in 2018

PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) entered 2018 optimistically has launched various strategic programs in the 2018 RKAP to accelerate the growth target of triple double digit business performance which includes Revenue, Ebitda and Traffic (REFi) where the company's revenue target is 9.4T (growing by 17.6%), Ebitda of 3.68 trillion (growing by 11.6%) and passenger traffic of 119 million passengers per year (growing by 12.9%), this includes traffic for 2 (two) new airports namely Banyuwangi and BIJB.

The target is one of the company's transformation steps towards "Angkasa Pura II Giant Dream 2020" which is achieving Global Standard Airport, Invading The Multi Business Portfolio, Alliance Strategically Through Synergy, Double Digit Growth Net Income, and Two Times Bigger in Top Line Revenue.

President Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Muhammad Awaluddin said, "AP II entered 2018 optimistically where we carried the theme RKAP Airports Grow Faster 2018 by establishing 3 (three) main programs, Accelerated Revenue Growth, On Becoming 1 Million Aircraft Movements, and Implementation of Airport Digital Travel Experience at all AP II airports ".

In achieving accelerated revenue growth, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) has formulated a strategy namely Inorganic Business Growth Strategy where portfolio development will be carried out through subsidiaries of PT Angkasa Pura Solusi (APS), PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo (APP) and PT Angkasa Pura Kargo ( APK) by conducting partnerships in several subsidiary portfolios, as well as conducting strategic alliances for the management of airports with the pattern of Joint Operation (KSO) and Collaborative Utilization at FL Tobing Sibolga Airport, Maimun Saleh Sabang Airport, Fatmawati Soekarno Airport Bengkulu, The International Airport HAS Hanandjoeddin Belitung, Radin Inten II International Airport in Lampung, and Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya Airport.

In 2018, the three AP II subsidiaries are targeted to provide revenue of 1.7 trillion (18% of the AP II consolidated revenue target), where for the first time PT Angkasa Pura Solusi (APS) will become 1 Trillion Company. The three subsidiaries will carry out various business plans including the following:

- APS focuses on developing business facility services and passenger services with a digital-based approach;

- APP will complete the airport hotel project at Kualanamu International Airport and start building hotels at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport; and

- APK will build Aeroplex Integrated Warehouse in 10 (ten) AP II airports.

PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) also launched a monumental program, namely On Becoming 1 Million Aircraft Movements at all of the company's airports. This will be supported by the utilization of airport operating hours, passenger capacity and aircraft at existing airports, as well as several new airports to be operated such as West Java International Airport and Banyuwangi Airport.

The investment plan carried out by the company in 2018 to support the program reached Rp. 18.8 trillion, each allocated to increase the air side, namely Rp. 7.7 trillion, to increase the land side (terminal), which amounted to Rp. 5.4 trillion billion, and for supporting facilities, namely IDR 5.6 trillion.

In 2018 PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) will also focus on the Airport Digital Journey Experience program where the company will optimize digital infrastructure in every service touchpoint at the airport to improve service to passengers and service users in 14 corporate-managed airports and create customer experience better at the same time increasing the Airport Service Quality Level.

Airport Digital Journey Experience is an integration of technology that will be placed on various services that can be enjoyed by passengers directly or using mobile applications at airports, both pre-journey, in-journey, and post-journey.

The company will also complete the Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC) construction project specifically for the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport where the airport supporting facilities and operations are the first in Indonesia.

In 2018 the company will also complete several strategic projects in the Soekarno-Hatta Expansion Project program such as the third Runway Development, East Cross Taxiway (ECT), Revitalization of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, Addition of Automated People Mover System (APMS) trajectories. In addition to Soekarno-Hatta Airport there is also the development of runway length and overlay runway and Banyuwangi preparation as an international airport, development of runway length and runway overlay of Pontianak Airport, and others.
