AKHLAK is an organizational value declared by the Ministry of SOEs on July 1, 2020 and set in all SOEs. AKHLAK itself is an acronym for Amanah, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative.
In the 1 Year Reflection on the Implementation of AKHLAK as AP II Group's Corporate Values, President Director of AP II Muhammad Awaluddin said the values in AKHLAK declared by the Ministry of SOEs were able to encourage AP II's HR to be more daring to get out of their comfort zone and leave the old mindset.
"Since July 2020, AP II has implemented AKHLAK as the company's core values. This 1-Year Reflection on the Implementation of AKHLAK has become a momentum for the cultural transformation of AP II's HR to be able to leave the comfort zone and change old mindsets."

In the midst of this pandemic, airports managed by AP II can maintain operations in serving all types of regular flights and flights in the context of repatriating Indonesian citizens, flights carrying pandemic handling assistance, to flights carrying vaccinations. Soekarno-Hatta Airport as the largest and busiest airport in Indonesia as well as the country's main gateway even continues to operate 24 hours a day.
